GOALS

We have always defined our success as a by-product of our clients success. To fuel our mutual advancement, we have raised our collaboration objectives in terms of sourcing new product innovation, evolving the existing products and actively engaging our client partners in how we grow as an organization. Our purposes for this portal include the following:

Goals
To understand and act upon the voice of our customer. From our experience thus far, we know our customers voice is fluid, constructive, sometimes opinionated and normally engaging.  
We desire dialogue, debate and collaboration which leads to superior CRM and ERP solutions and an improved customer experience. Thus far, we have discovered that the more intense the debate, the more innovative or beneficial the outcome. Recognize that if both of us always agree, one of us is unnecessary.  
Our performance goal is to source 55 percent of new product innovation from client content and to source 65 percent of existing product evolution (version 6 upgrade) from client collaboration.  
To identify gaps in performance, inconsistent delivery or the failure to exceed our clients expectations at their earliest possible opportunity. Some named and anonymous users have used this venue to point out perceived weaknesses, short-sighted strategy and frustrations. Thank you.
